Fran Donlan is known for her boundless energy and extensive personal and business connections that have made her a successful real estate broker in Marin for over 28 years. Fran grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania and later moved to Cincinnati where she obtained a BA in Business and an MBA in Finance and Marketing – all in 3 years. After a stint as an executive with Mead Paper Company, she and her husband relocated to California.

Fran moved to California in 1978 and didn’t know a single person. Through her commitment to her clients and a focus on personalized attention, she has become one of the most successful REALTORS in the county, and one of the top 1% nationally. Her long list of repeat and referral business and file cabinet of “client appreciation” letters are a testament to her service and commitment to her clients.

Fran is the proud wife of Bob Donlan Sr. They have been happily married for 38 years, spending the last 29 in Marin County. They have two wonderful children, Bob Jr. and Colleen. Fran now gets assistance from her son and her daughter making it a true family business. Fran enjoys traveling, theatre, spending time with her children, and of course Real Estate. She looks forward to putting her experience and expertise to work for you.

Bob is a native Californian, born and raised in Marin County. His real estate training began at a young age when he used to help Fran with mailings, signs and countless other real estate projects. He now thrives in a more expanded role within the family partnership. He sees the importance of the personalized attention that Fran focuses on, and is committed to growing the business further through an unmatched commitment to the client.

When not serving his clients in real estate, Bob is an assistant boy’s varsity basketball coach at The Branson School in Ross. In his first season with the Bulls, Bob helped the team win their second Division V State Championship. Bob volunteers his time and enjoys helping the students learn basketball and life skills. Bob continues to play basketball in adult leagues in the area, and also enjoys golf, tennis, kickball, movies and travel.

Colleen Donlan is the newest member of The Donlan Team.  After working for two years at Paramount Home Entertainment and The City of London School, Colleen knew that she needed to be working in a relationship business.  She joined the Donlan Team in 2005 and is happy to be working with her family to build lasting relationships with her clients and community.

Colleen earned a double major in Economics-Accounting and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College while playing four years of Varsity Basketball.  Born and raised in California, Colleen loves to travel and has lived in Italy, Spain and London.  When not showing property or meeting with clients, Colleen loves running, walking, hiking, writing, cooking, watching movies and spending time with friends and family.
